How to Order
1. Simply fill up the form as per example below:

and click on the 'Submit Form' button.

2. Key in the 4 digit number you see in the image given and click 'submit'.

3. Click on 'Continue'.
4. With successful submission, you'll be directed to a page with your order.

5. Click on 'Continue' again and you'll be referred back to our homepage.
6. Your order is now completed and sent for processing. An invoice will be sent to the stated email address within 24hours.

Modes of Payment
An invoice with payment details will be mailed to the given email address, in accordance to the mode of payment of chosen.

iBanking is encouraged to facilitate payment verification and speed up posting process. You can get the various iBanking accounts from the links below:

For ATM transfers, do note that a snapshot of the transaction receipt will be required for payment verification. Simply attach it to the email when replying.

Items will be despatched within 2-3 working days upon verification of payment and an email will be issued after dispatchment.

Modes of Delivery
t.classiques offers 2 modes of delivery, namely the Normal Postage and the Registered Postage.

Normal Postage
Normal postage is included in the price stated for all our items. To minimise cases of lost mails, all packages will be imprinted with our return address. Do note that t.classiques will not be held liable for any cases of lost mails.

Registered Postage
An additional $2.24 will be charged for registered postage. It is encouraged for customers to opt for registered postage as t.classiques will not be held liable for any cases of lost mails. The RA number which will be issued by SingPost for each registered article will be emailed to you after dispatchment. With the RA number, you can track your package here.

Exchange Policy
t.classiques strictly do not allow refunds for purchases. Do note that our exchange policy only covers apparels with the exception of sale item(s). All exchanges will be subjected to the approval of t.classiques. Items mailed back without prior confirmation from t.classiques will not be entertained. For exchange, defective item(s) must be returned via registered postage. Postage will be fully absorbed by t.classiques upon receipt of the item(s). The costs of envelopes will not be refunded.

The team behind t.classiques reserves the rights to reject any exchange request should the returned item(s) be not defective as described. Postage amount will not be refunded. The customer will be required to top up the additional postage fee to have the item(s) returned.

Item(s) must be returned in a brand new condition within 14 days upon the despatch date subjected to our approval. Please note that any items after the grace period of 14 days will not be entertained.

In the event that a similar piece is not available for exchange, item(s) can be exchanged for another piece of similar or lower value. Top-ups are also possible for an exchange to an item of higher value. Alternatively, customers can opt to store the amount as t.credits, which can be used for future purchases.

Privacy Policy
t.classiques understands the need to protect the personal information of all customers. We will not disclose all emails, postal addresses or any other information collected to any third party. All information are solely obtained to ensure a smooth transaction with t.classiques.
